- Ui Barn is a platform that connects creators and buyers of digital items such as website templates, graphics, animations and other design elements. When you create an account and accept these terms you become a member of our community. You will have an Ui Barn Market account that will allow you to buy or sell or develop items like the ones found on the Ui Barn site and make other related transactions.
- The Ui Barn Market sites are platforms that allow members to buy and sell licenses to use digital items like CMS Themes, Ui Template, Coded Template, Elementor Kit, Animation, illustration, icon pack, much more. On Ui Barn Market, buyers and sellers transact with each other directly and we provide the platform to allow the transactions to happen. Registration
To use Ui Barn Services, the user must register by creating a username and password and activating an account. A valid email address is required for the user to receive notifications related to the services. If the user is a legal entity or business, the username must be its full name or corporate name. The person registering on behalf of the legal entity or business must declare that they are authorized to bind the legal entity or business and that it will be bound to the terms of the relevant website/service.
The user agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and is responsible for keeping this information updated. If the user provides false, outdated, or incomplete information, or if Ui Barn has reason to suspect this, Ui Barn reserves the right to suspend or cancel the user's account.
It is important for the user to keep their account password confidential and not share it with others to protect their account from unauthorized access.
User Status:
We have Five types of user status.
1. Active: Users with active accounts have full access to the platform and can conduct regular transactions without any restrictions.
2. Blocked: Users may get blocked for violating the platform's rules or engaging in suspicious or fraudulent activities. When an account is blocked, the user loses access to certain features or the entire platform.
3. On Hold: Sometimes, a user's account may be put on hold temporarily for review or verification purposes. During this period, they might have limited access to certain features.
4. Suspended: Serious violations or repeated offenses may lead to the suspension of a user's account, resulting in temporary or permanent removal from the platform.
5. Restricted Actions: In some cases, specific actions or features may be restricted for certain users, even if their accounts are otherwise active. This could be due to factors like incomplete verification or past violations.
Here are some reasons of user-restriction:
Age Restrictions: Users must be of legal age to enter into contracts in their jurisdiction. Typically, this means they should be at least 16 years old.
Intellectual Property Rights: Sellers must have the necessary rights or permissions to sell the digital assets they list on the marketplace. They should not infringe on any copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.
Prohibited Content: The marketplace has a strict policy against selling illegal, offensive, explicit, or harmful content. This may include items related to hate speech, violence, drugs, pornography, or any other materials deemed inappropriate.
Fair Pricing: Sellers should not engage in price gouging or unethical pricing practices. We will monitor pricing to ensure fairness and competitiveness.
No Misrepresentation: Sellers should accurately represent their digital assets in their listings. Providing false or misleading information about the product is prohibited..
Payment Compliance: Users have to follow the payment and transaction guidelines set by the platform. This includes using approved payment methods.
Review and Rating Guidelines: Fair and honest reviews and ratings are encouraged, but any form of review manipulation or false feedback is strictly prohibited.
Multiple Accounts: Users should not create multiple accounts to manipulate the system or evade rules.
Collaboration and Attribution: If multiple creators are involved in creating a digital asset, proper attribution should be given, and all creators should agree to sell the product on the platform.
Security and Privacy: Users should follow best practices for security and not engage in any activities that could compromise the security or privacy of other users.
Anti-Fraud Measures: If fraudulent activity such as fake accounts, scams, or identity theft is detected.
Compliance with Laws: All users must comply with relevant laws and regulations, including tax obligations related to their sales.
Customer Support: Sellers should provide adequate customer support and address buyer inquiries or issues promptly.
Termination of Accounts: The marketplace reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate the rules and restrictions, ensuring the overall integrity of the platform.
Liability:
The User acknowledges and agrees that he/she/it uses the Website and its Services at the User’s own risk and under the User’s responsibility and therefore,

This includes damages that may occur due to the conduct of any third party on the service, any content obtained from the service, and unauthorized access to the user's transmissions or content. This limitation of liability applies regardless of whether the company was aware of the possibility of such damages, and it applies to all legal theories, including warranty, contract, and negligence.

Own Product:
You can sale products on Ui Barn at 3 way and earn If you are the creator of a product, you would be considered the "owner" of the product. That we named "Product By" in the product author category.
This type product makes an 80% profit for you on its sales price. For example, if the product is sold for $100, then you will get $80.Develop Product:
You can sale products on Ui Barn at 3 way If you are Developing a product for another version then you would be considered the "owner of develop version" of the product. That We named "Develop By" in the product author category.
For example, you took a items figma file from Ui Barn by "apply to develop" way to develop its Html version and uploaded into Ui Barn market then you're the author of the html version as " Develop By" method. The figma file creator is "Product By".
This type of product makes a 60% profit for you on its sales price and “Product By” author gets 20% commission . For example, if the product is sold for $100, then you will get $60 and the “Product By” author will get $20.Develop From:
If you are the creator of a product and someone make another version for this then you will get commission for every sale of this product.
For example, You upload a Figma template and other sellers make it's Html, React, Wp theme or any version then you will get 20% commission for every item sale.
This type product makes a 20% profit for you on its sales price. For example, if the product is sold $100 for its WordPress theme , then you will get $20.
Payment:
We receive 2 type of curency to make payment of Ui Barn.
1. USD
2. BDT
When you purchase products from Ui Barn & want to pay by USD currency then we support Stripe & Paypal payment getway so you can pay us via visa card, master card, paypal. 
Also you can pay by your UIB (Ui Barn) wallet if your wallet is active and has enough money.
For Bangladeshi people we support aamarPay payment getway so you can pay us by any bangladeshi bank visa card, master card, nexus card, nexus pay & mobile wallet. 
[Note: USD currency will convert BDT on checkout page when you use aamarPay. The exchange rate will depend on the Bangladesh Bank exchange price during that day].
If you add money from your card to your UIB wallet and make payment then you will get a 5% extra bonus. (Cash Back offer). For more details please click here.
Cashout:
If you’re a seller of Ui Barn then you can request for Cashout to your Card or Bank account. [Note: all of your balance will show on your UIB wallet]. If you’re a Bangladesi then you are also able to receive payment via bKash, Nagad Or any of local bank accounts. The minimum cashout amount is $50.
Cashout Duration: If you’re a Bangladesi then we will process your cashout request within 7 days. If you’re a foreigner then we will process your cashout request within 15 days.
Cashout Reject Reasons:
Insufficient Funds: If the seller's earnings have not reached the minimum threshold required for withdrawal, their request will be rejected.
Incomplete Verification: If the seller has not completed the necessary verification processes or provided accurate banking information, their withdrawal request may be rejected until the required steps are fulfilled.
Payment Method Issues: Rejected withdrawals can occur if there are issues with the seller's selected payment method, such as an invalid bank account or an unsupported payment provider.
Seller Violations: If the seller has violated the marketplace's rules or terms of service, their withdrawal request might be rejected as a consequence.
Under Review: In some cases, withdrawal requests might be put on hold for review, especially if there are suspicious activities or potential fraud associated with the account.
Price, Fee & Commission:

Own Item Price
The item price is a license fee that is declared by its owner. Uibarn may reduce or increase an item price if a seller gives his/ her item a price that is materially undesirable.
Item Fee
For every sale of a product we take 20% of it's price. It's a seller fee not for the buyer. For example, if your item made a sale and the price of the item is $100 then you (seller) will get $80 and Ui Barn get $20.
Buyer fee
We don't have any buyer fee. Buyer can purchase an item from Ui Barn only by paying its main price. No need to pay any extra fee.
Commission
A “Product By” author will get 20% commission for its every development version sale. For more details please click here.
Service Charge
We don't have any service charge for Seller & Buyer.
Vat/Tax
We don't have VAT or tax fee as per Bangladesh law. So, you do not need to pay this.
Item Support:
When you purchase an item from Ui Barn and you need any support regarding this item then you can contact the seller directly, Click support url into the items info. Or, you can leave a support ticket from the support page on Dashboard.
Seller/Buyer Support:
You can contact us for any kind of issue with Ui Barn Market via the Support page on dashboard or our live chat. Our relevant support team will help you asap.
Seller Level:
We describe our seller with three standard levels..
Shop seller
Who joined our marketplace and had 10 approved items on Ui Barn he/she is our “Ui Barn Shop” seller. This type of seller will get 80% commission of his per sale.
Business seller
Who has 20 approved items on Ui Barn and made 100 sales, he/she is our “Ui Barn Business” seller. This type of seller will get 85% commission of his per sale.
Enterprise seller
Who has 100 approved items on Ui Barn and made 1k sales, he/she is our “Ui Barn Enterprise” seller. This type of seller will get 90% commission of his per sale.
Returns and Refunds Policy
If a buyer make a payment and didn’t get product then he/she can apply for refund or contact us to get his product then our support team will connect with him/her asap and solve the issue. There has two way of support from Ui Barn.

2. Craete a support mail from the dashboard.
If a buyer purchase a product from Ui Barn then download and use the product but don’t like for any reason then do not issue refunds for digital products
Becoming an Seller:
If you want to get involved in our market as a seller, you can sign up as a seller and upload your own items or, can apply to a items another version development. Remember that if you become a seller these terms will continue to apply,
along with the Seller Terms you’ll sign up to as a seller.
Intellectual Property:
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Ui Barn, its licensors and its sellers. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Bangladesh and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Ui Barn.
You will respect the intellectual property rights of the Company and third parties at all times. You agree not to have any rights or interest in any of our intellectual property rights, not have right to use, except to the extent permitted under these Terms of Use. The rights and obligations assumed under this Terms of Use will not be construed as an assignment or license, in whole or in part, of any intellectual property rights over the Website.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Website, or otherwise use or exploit any content for commercial use or in any way that violates any third party right.
Changes or Updates to these Terms:
Ui Barn reserves the right to update the terms of service at any time and that it is the user's responsibility to regularly check for updates. The changes will take effect immediately, unless otherwise stated, and continued use of the service after the changes are made will be considered as acceptance of the updated terms. The passage also states that any changes to the terms will not apply retroactively to disputes that occurred before the changes were made.
General and Contact Information:
The use of the Website and the Services and the interpretation and application of these Terms shall be governed by Bangladesh Law. Except for those cases in which the applicable law imposes a specific jurisdiction, any dispute in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by the High Courts (Bangladesh), and the parties expressly waive any other applicable jurisdiction.
If any provision in these Terms is declared to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be substituted or deemed as not included. The remaining provisions in these Terms shall not be affected in any way.
